Every roof assembly common in Broward — asphalt shingle, concrete and clay tile, standing-seam and panel metal, and low-slope flat sections — with the repairs, replacements and inspections that keep them dry.
We trace the water back to its real entry point — slipped shingles, failed flashing, cracked tile, popped fasteners or a tired pipe boot — then repair the assembly so the ceiling stain stops coming back.

Roofing service FAQs
Do you cover all of Broward County for roofing work?
Yes. Roofing Services is dispatched across Broward County, including Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Oakland Park and Wilton Manors, plus nearby Boca Raton in the South Florida corridor.
How do I get an estimate for a roof repair?
Open the Assistant anywhere on this site. It collects your name, phone, address and a description of the roof issue, checks calendar availability, and routes the request through our central Reception and Dispatcher team. You can also call (954) 708-6930.
Can you find a leak if there is no visible damage on the roof?
Usually, yes. Most Broward leaks start at a transition rather than in the open field of the roof — flashing, valleys, pipe boots, skylights, wall tie-ins and low-slope sections. We inspect those details and the attic side before recommending a scope.
Do you repair roofs, or only replace them?
Both. If a targeted repair will genuinely solve the problem, we say so. If the underlayment or deck has reached the end of its life, we explain what we saw and what a replacement would involve so you can decide.
What roof types do you work on?
Architectural asphalt shingle, concrete and clay tile, metal panel, and flat or low-slope modified bitumen and coated roofs — the four assemblies that cover nearly every Broward home.
How fast can someone come out for an active leak?
Active leaks are treated as priority requests. Availability depends on the day's schedule and weather, so the Assistant checks the calendar before confirming any appointment window — it will never confirm a time that is not actually open.
Will you work during or right after a storm?
Crews do not go on a roof in unsafe conditions such as lightning or high wind. We schedule the earliest safe window and, where appropriate, begin with emergency dry-in or tarping.
How do I file a complaint or follow up on a visit?
Choose "Make a complaint" in the Assistant. It records the details and routes them to central Reception and Dispatcher for follow-up, or you can call the office directly at (954) 708-6930.
